1.1 update!

I wrapped up a few larger changes and a bunch of smaller issues fixed this weekend. Let's call this.... Luar 1.1!

1. Follow authors and stories! The former notifies when an author posts a new story, while the latter notifies for all chapter updates, not just when you've already caught up and a new chapter is posted. In the future, both kinds of following will notify when the author in question comments on their own stories too, but I have to add more machinery for that.
2. Lists are now paged! This was basically a requirement for launching, but I've been putting it off. Keeps page sizes and list navigation manageable while also protecting the server from certain kinds of performance problems.
3. Offline fixes! Images are now included when stories are cached for offline reading, as well as cleared again when removed. Improved download performance too, and fixed an issue in the cache size math.
4. Paged reading mode cleanup! More consistent nav bar behavior and padding fixes.
5. Share buttons for stories and chapters! This only matters when Luar is installed as an app, where it isn't possible to copy the url from the address bar.
6. Stories which are technically Completed because they are fully written now still show as Ongoing until every scheduled chapter is published.
7. Squished many small bugs you probably hopefully didn't notice!
